Familiar experiences that can easily be found in everyday scenery—such as the movement or sound of plants swaying in the wind, and light that is always present around us—become the subject of my work. The structure of my work, completed by connecting the joints of thin metal wires or plates, generates new meanings through the relationships between materials and objects, people and space-time, and decorates everyday life.

My work begins from listening to and observing familiar and natural elements that are always present around us, such as the movement or sound of plants swaying in the wind and light within everyday scenery.

I explore the intriguing forms and structures of plants and understand their relational structures with the surrounding environment. Within this, I embed into objects the holistic beauty of subjects that encompass both material and immaterial elements.

The structural works, formed by connecting segments of thin metal wires or plates, create new meanings through the relationships between materials and objects, people and space-time.

Everyday scenery becomes an object and fills the space of daily life, and that space, in turn, becomes a landscape again.
