Whitestone
Gallery Seoul presents its inaugural OpenCall exhibition titled “YOUTH,” on
view through August 25. With this exhibition, Whitestone Gallery, which has
seven locations in Asia, marks a significant step in the gallery's ongoing
efforts to foster deeper connections with the local artistic community.
In March
of this year, Whitestone Gallery launched an OpenCall, inviting young and
talented artists to submit their work. After a meticulous selection process,
the gallery presents 22 exceptional artists, alongside one specially invited
artist, in this diverse and dynamic group exhibition. The exhibition “YOUTH”
showcases a vibrant array of contemporary art forms, including light
installations, sculptures, and paintings.
Each
piece embodies the unique perspectives and innovative expressions of the
featured artists, capturing the essence of youth in its many facets. We look
forward to experiencing the work of the next generation of artists who will
shape the future of contemporary art, and to learning about their innovative
methods of expression and unique perspectives.
