Drawing on her innate sense of smell and synesthetic sensitivity, the artist has imagined herself as an “odor molecule,” traveling across different times and spaces to perceive and collect scents. This exhibition traces that sensory journey, with its centerpiece, My Poetic Universe, expressing the sensation of inner energy expanding and drifting through time and space.

Painting and drawing series such as In the Air, the Scent of Green, Becoming an Olfactory Bulb, Pul Pul, To Become a Forest, and Through the Air visually express the imagery the artist has experienced by becoming the forest, air, and wind. These sensations extend into video, creating a multisensory experience that combines movement and text.

The exhibition also features a space where visitors can experience scents firsthand. Over the past two years, the artist has traveled through the forests of Jeju Island, collaborating with the Jeju Plant Resources Research Institute to investigate the effects of Jeju's native plants on the human body. Based on this research, she developed five fragrances in spray form. Visitors are invited to spray these fragrances in the exhibition space, engaging their own olfactory imagination.

Through her journey of becoming an odor molecule carried by the air and sensing the forest, the artist comes to realize that the “self” exists everywhere. This embodies a sense of love that transcends time and space, revealing that all living beings are interconnected as one.
