Chu Mirim has been represented by geometric planar work or installation work by observing the everyday landscape of the city. She has expressed her daily life in the city alone or in combination with units such as pixel art created in a computer graphics environment. For artist born and raised in the city, it is natural for urban environments and life experiences to be the foundation of work, and for generations familiar with the Internet and computer interfaces to be influenced by these digital media.

At the solo exhibition 《Satellites》 at Gallery Lux, works dealing with daily life and landscapes in the city, including apartment complexes, building forests, entry and exit between cities and surrounding landscapes, were introduced. In particular, the artist's experience of living through satellite cities in Seoul from childhood played an important role in this exhibition.
