The exhibition can be described as a blueprint for envisioning a future that has yet to arrive. It uses the very process of filmmaking in progress as material for the work. Within the generous darkness of the exhibition space, visitors are invited to contemplate what messages emerge through the repeated playback of edited found footage, images, and 3D renderings.

The three screens visible upon entering the exhibition space are designed so that two or more cannot be viewed simultaneously from a single vantage point. As a result, when watching one video, viewers cannot see what is being played on the screen opposite them and can only infer its content through sound.

By deliberately controlling the viewer’s visual field while leaving the exchange of sound intact, the artist’s mode of presentation draws out another layer of narrative.
