Rather than memories formed through conversation, the artist found that recollections grounded in bodily experience remained more vivid. Reflecting on the “time she lived” through bodily changes, linguistic habits, and repeated actions, she produces works that evoke embodied sensations. The works are not contemplative but participatory, actively encouraging the viewer’s movement and awakening tactile awareness through the contact between surfaces and between bodies.
