PERFORM 2019 operates an art café
titled “Linkin-out.” In this café-style exhibition, visitors select and rent
works of art, which are then served to their tables. This format allows
audiences to closely observe and physically engage with the works, enabling a
deeper form of access—or “link-in”—to the artworks.

The exhibition proposes a new
mode of experiencing art—one that consumes unfamiliar time through familiar
methods. This year, in collaboration with the international performance network
team PAN ASIA, PERFORM 2019 presents expanded performance programs featuring
twelve Korean artist teams alongside performance artists from across Asia.
