Sound is a vibration and a phenomenon that makes us perceive the flow of time and space most immediately. The sensations the body experiences through sound generate memories and meanings of the moment. In this exhibition, sound-media artists GRAYCODE, jiiiiin attempt to quantify uncertainty about time as 720 hours (the 30-day exhibition period × 24 hours) of sound. Based on a mathematical model of a dynamic system, the variations of the generated sounds will make the passage of time perceptible and present another sensory dimension in which the depth of the resonating space can be felt.
