Minhwa and K-Pop Art Special Exhibition “Worlds Beyond Extraordinary” on View Through February 23, 2025, at Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art
The Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art is hosting a special exhibition, “Worlds Beyond Extraordinary”, featuring Korean folk paintings (Minhwa) and K-pop art, running until February 23 next year.
Dual Exhibition “CV: MeeNa Park & Sasa[44]” on view through March 31, 2024, at Art Archives Seoul Museum of Art
MeeNa Park and Sasa[44], two artists who have been collaborating for over 20 years, will present “CV: MeeNa Park and Sasa[44]” which on view at the Art Archives Seoul Museum of Art until March 31. The exhibition reconstructs the exhibitions and records of the two artists, who have developed their methodology with a common interest in ‘investigating, collecting, and analyzing objects and information,’ in the form of a CV.

Ilmin Museum of Art presents a group exhibition, “Korean Traditional Painting in Alter-age”, examining Korean painting as a contemporary art genre, through January 8, 2023.
Art never stopped a war and never got anybody a job. That was never its function. Art cannot change events, but it can change people. It can affect people so that they are changed.
