Running is one of the most
accessible and democratic forms of physical exercise—rooted in rhythm, repetition, and breath. Through installation
works, the exhibition visualizes the tempo and flow of running, while
presenting artistic interpretations of running as personal record, endurance,
and ritual.

Works by sculptor Lee Hyung-koo,
Berlin-based collective Plastique Fantastique, Swiss installation artist
Zimoun, dancer Kim Bora, composer Steve Reich, actor-photographer Ryu Jun-yeol,
visual artist Novo, and others expand the meaning of running beyond sport. The
exhibition encourages visitors to discover running as a practice of energy and
renewal—an invitation to restore balance, strengthen the
body, and find rhythm amidst the pace of contemporary life.
